Working Principle

The raw materials with suitable size is fed into the mian grinding frame through the feeder first; Under the action of centrifugal force, the high-speed rotating grinding roller is tightly rolled on the grinding ring, and the material is lifted by the spatula and sent to the grinding area formed by the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The material is broken into powder under the action of grinding pressure. Under the action of the blower, the material that is ground into powder is blown up through the separator, so the material that meets the fineness requirements is passed through the separator, and the material that does not meet the requirements is stopped by the separator and returned to the grinding chamber to continue grinding; The qualified material is separated into the cyclone collector through the pipe, and the material and gas are separated through the cyclone. The collected material is sent into the next process through the discharge valve, and the separated air flow enters the main engine through the action of the blower and participates in the next cycle. The discharge valve under the cyclone collector can be connected to the packing machine for direct bagging and packaging, can also be connected to the bulk machine for direct loading and transportation, and can also be sent to the finished product storage silo through the conveying mechanism; The excess air flow in the system is discharged into the atmosphere after passing through the pulse dust collector to ensure the stable operation of the system. The production line is connected with pulse dust collector to collect dust to meet environmental protection standards.
