The main function of the feeder is to provide material supply to other equipment, the use of the feeder can make the material evenly into a device so that the next process can work normally, save labor, and protect the performance of the equipment, extend the service life of the entire production line equipment. The feeder is an indispensable supporting product of mineral processing equipment. Suitable for feeding materials are ore, pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay and other powder, granular or small block materials. The feeder and the belt conveyor are driven by a set of driving device, and the electromagnetic clutch of the driving device has the function of opening, stopping and functional conversion of the feeder. The belt speed of the measuring belt conveyor is less than 1m/s. In order to measure the belt speed, a speed detection device is set, and in order to prevent the deflection of the weighing roll, a detection rod is set for adjustment.
On the basis of the traditional feeder, combined with the belt conveyor independent improvement and innovation, the use of frequency conversion motor, can control the speed of the belt at any time, large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency.
Vibration motor installed on the side can effectively prevent the material from sticking to the wall.
The outlet is provided with a movable baffle, flexible control of feeding amount, uniform feeding, good continuous performance, vibration force can be adjusted.
