The enterprise is a large coal plant mainly engaged in comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, coal, coal slime processing and wholesale of products. The set of production line is mainly composed of hot-blast stove, dryer main engine, conveyor, feeder, unloading device, induced draft fan, power distribution cabinet, dust collector equipment, control system and other accessories. Materials in the large guide angle of the guide plate copying and into the state of the material falls type, the internal and external moisture in the coal quickly evaporated and stripped into water vapor. The water vapor is then pumped away by the induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. After the heat exchange to complete the drying operation of the material into the discharge process, the tail gas of the production line through the multi-stage dust collector for subsequent processing.
