The main components of sand dryer are: conveyor, feeder, hot-blast stove, biomass burner, three cylinder dryer, discharge device, air extraction system, dust collector equipment, electric control system and so on. Detailed technological process is as follows: after the materials are put in from one end of the dryer, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the turning of the uniformly distributed copying plate in the inner cylinder, and they are in full contact with the hot air in Z-shaped reciprocating movement, which accelerates the drying heat transfer. In the drying process, the materials are moved to the dryer discharge port in a controlled manner under the action of the tilted copying plate and the hot air flow.
