The gypsum is firstly shoveled into the feeder by the forklift, then evenly fed into the belt conveyor by the feeder, after which it enters into the dryer through the guide pipe. The heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the hot-blast stove enters the main machine under the action of extractor fan to contact with the gypsum, and then the gypsum is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with the hot air under the turning of evenly distributed copying plates in the drying drum, thus speeding up the time of heat and mass transfer and evaporation of moisture in gypsum drying. After drying, the gypsum is discharged through the discharge hopper and then transported to the designated place for storage.
