Technological Process
Firstly, the material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Then under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, and another part of the material in the form of umbrella shunt around the impeller impact. After that, in the strong vortex formed between the impeller and the casing, again or repeatedly impact, friction and crushing. Finally, it is discharged from the discharge port in the lower part of the granite sand making machine, and then controlled by the screening equipment to reach the required finished product size.
